Hi, I’m Shaira Martin.
I build GoHighLevel CRM, workflow automation, appointment booking, and Voice AI systems for home service businesses, coaches, and other service-based businesses.
I enjoy turning manual, disconnected processes into simpler systems that help businesses organize leads, follow up faster, and move more inquiries toward booked appointments.
I focus on building systems that are practical, easy to manage, and tested across the full customer journey—from the first inquiry to follow-up, booking, pipeline updates, and onboarding.
Before focusing on GoHighLevel, I spent four years working in SEO. That background helps me understand both sides of the customer journey: how people discover a business and what happens after they become a lead.
I’m based in the Philippines and work remotely with businesses across different time zones.
